Our History.
Lignum Forest Products, along with its predecessor companies, have been active in the forest products industry since 1946.
The company traces its origins back to the Kerr family, who were involved in the industry for over 60 years before selling Lignum in 2006. While there have been two changes in ownership since then, Lignum's commitment to customer service and producing high-quality products remains steadfast.
The success of Lignum has always been attributed to the people who work for the company. Our traders and staff have been at the forefront of innovation in the distribution and marketing of forest products. We have grown alongside our partners and owe our success to them.
